Yogurt pro and con

Yogurt. Filled with nutrients smooth, creamy, rich and delicious, and plenty of food many people wonder what is natural. I mean talk about yogurt, really.

Yogurt. Well, if you go to the supermarket, you have many different kinds of yogurt, on the shelf. Now, some of them very well, many of them. Unfortunately, those very popular is not healthy. So I would like to share with you three tips for choosing the healthiest, tastiest and yogurt better for you.

Tip 1: Make sure you have all the ingredients to speak. Yogurt contains many things, such as color, it has been shown to increase mental health and ADD, aspartame breaks down into formaldehyde in your body and sometimes very dangerous things, such as propylene glycol, also known as antifreeze. The bottom shelf is organic yogurt, contain no hazardous chemicals.

Tip 2: Make sure they live. The main ingredient in yogurt live bacteria, the milk curdles. These act as probiotic bacteria in our body, the expulsion of harmful bacteria such as Candida and E. coli. In addition, bacteria that is dangerous vitamins good for our bodies, like the B12 in place to produce. If the yogurt, pasteurized, or aspartame-containing chemicals (dangerous, replacing most of the natural sugars), then you are almost assured of a yogurt death and receive no health benefits.

Tip 3: Make it simple. No need for sugar substitutes, artificial colors and flavors, the amount of fruit companies to provide you a cup of yogurt is not enough for the taste of yogurt, much less give you the benefits of the fruit. The solution: buy the yogurt and add fruit to your advantage if you can make your own yogurt you want. It creates a very healthy snack that provides all the healthy bacteria that fruit healthy again, and without dangerous side effects.

That's what I do; buy organic produce, yogurt, and whole milk. I can buy the full version of the fat; it's the only place where the vitamins and minerals in milk versions have less fat and lean of the vitamins with the layer of fat.

What should I add? I start with fruit, or frozen raspberries, blackberries or even now, fresh blackberries right behind my house. I can add a teaspoon of flax seeds, nuts or granola little, depending on my mood. Some of my clients also have jams, fruit juices and maple syrup in different flavors added.

Here's how it works and yogurt do not in bad taste. In a small bowl with lid, fill the dish with half the yogurt and the other half with frozen berries. Even without a cooling yogurt, frozen strawberries from the cold. At lunch, you can mix together and a delicious yogurt with all the health benefits. Yogurt.
