Syndrome X: The Villain of Health

X syndrome is a metabolic syndrome, a person has complied with the conditions and the shape of a heart problem. The first criterion, the large accumulation of fat in the belly is like a beer belly. Overweight people and meet the other two metabolic diseases: insulin resistance, elevated triglycerides and low density lipoprotein, but low levels of HDL, or high blood pressure are more likely to suffer a heart attack.

X syndrome. Metabolic syndrome occurs when a person has a sedentary lifestyle, high caloric intake. Over time, excess calories into fat cells are converted and stored in the liver and stomach, and lack of exercise to burn excess stored energy is less chance of the body. With the accumulation of fatty deposits in blood vessels and have a narrowing of the arteries and veins.

A diet of processed foods high in fat and sugar, not to help the situation. Muscle and liver insensitive to insulin, a hormone that the uptake of glucose in the blood stimulates that is used or stored. It is worrying, because people are at increased risk of metabolic syndrome by the lack of exercise, and especially the lack of education about how a healthy life.

Maybe I do not think it affects you, but X-syndrome is a global problem, it will cost millions of dollars in medical treatment and lost productivity. People over 21 years of cardiovascular events like heart attacks die. The lost generation effects on future productivity of the aging of the population to support the system, as our younger generation, conditions that only affect the elderly has been reduced from 30 years ago, plenty of people to a healthy sustainable economy 20 years are.

Rising costs of drugs affects everyone and people are more and more drugs to treat various symptoms and prolong life (and suffering). The simplest solution is to a full assessment of lifestyle and diet, but many are uncomfortable with change, instead of choosing drugs to the problem. Countries like Japan and France are suffering, with fewer cardiovascular events. Japanese prefer rice and small portions, while the French love of red wine in moderation. Moderation is the key to good health, may be bad for you too well. The excess of alcohol or beer or wine, can lead to hepatitis or fatty liver, keep in mind that alcohol contains a lot of energy.

X syndrome is a syndrome that often affects people of all ages, but it is a preventable disease, not much to see that, when applied to food low in nutrients but high in energy to enjoy. Maybe we should look to the East, to learn Japanese, because they benefit from the size and the little food they love. X syndrome.
