Broken Foot. Living with a broken leg, was a shock to my system. To avoid arrest, and then not be able to make the injury just really trying to get the best of me I like to think it was 32 days and 83 others left before I could walk again. I have a few tips that helped me find my way, I hope it helps.
  • Broken Foot. Not the poor quality of life, only for those damages. Start with getting up, dressing, washing clothes, makeup, etc. It may be difficult at first, but lounging in your pajamas or dress carefully in the next 6 weeks or more will not help you feel good about yourself.
  • Broken Foot. Do your best to remain positive. Yes, you want to hit somebody, and yes, you have days, but do our best to tell the pirates.
  • Be ready. With the vision if you have something else, there's something you need later on, instead of extra travel.
  • Ignore sites which a garbage bag and duct tape around the pot, you say when you wash. This is an extra expense that is not needed. Investing in a cast for protection they are easy to use reasonably priced and does the job without the skin.
  • When you shower, you should sit down, to feel the benefits. I have a plastic stool to sit on.    Make sure that wherever you go, most of the time to spend, as the bank is comfortable and suits your needs. Use pillows for the issue or a sofa cushion to increase legroom. I used an extra pillow bank, then to bed.
  • Make sure a table close to everything you need, such as drugs, an extra large socks, remote controls, etc.
  • Find a bag that can be used in your chest. This is ideal for transporting goods, including food in Tupperware containers. Save money and pick up the phone all the time. You cannot rush to reply, so it's best to keep him.
  • Laminate flooring and tiles, using a computer chair to help you move.
  • Look at your hands. Buy gloves in a wheelchair, even if you're on crutches. They are full and the pain is easier with crutches. Wrap a soft pair of socks with rubber bands around the crutch handles. Use skin cream to prevent development of hard skin.
  • If you do not have a ladder to swim with your family doctor or the hospital to discuss a loan practice mine was in the occupational therapy department of the hospital are available.
  • If the steps of his house, try a pair of crutches, which are left over, so you don’t have to go up and down.
  • Go down the stairs to the ground. Walking stairs is difficult. At first I was in my ass, really stretched my arms. When my boat was a bit smaller, I realized that I could walk down to the knees.
  • The seats are useful to help you up and down a big step. Sitting in a chair at the pass and move your feet to the next step and pull.
  • If you walk or heated in a pan, use a gel pack ice wrapped in a towel to calm down. I managed to tie the towel around my foot.
  • Do not sit all day watching TV during the day, after two weeks it is depressing to read or borrow to invest in a box or sets, or using the computer.
  • The practice lifting weights or small cans of beans. The poor have much weight should be built.
  • A major investment is a wheelchair. It helped me to be removed from the cinema and shops. Since my injury is still one of about three months, which is important for me. We gave the door an internet business for less than 150 pounds.
  • Tell people about your injury. You'll be surprised how much help to his great surprise. My local chip shop gives me now when I need it. Assistance where possible.
  • All my purchases for my situation, I bought on the Internet. Use it as a valuable resource.
